WWI and WWII Military Medical Techniques Which Helped to Advance Modern Medicine

The Region of Three Oaks Museum will be hosting a presentation by Bob Dunn, a Vietnam Era Veteran, on Sunday, June 21, 2015. The 45 minute presentation centers on the wounded of WWI and WWII and a few of the types of wounds, hospitals and some of the advancements in medicine and medicinal techniques occurring from this war era. Bob currently has on display within the Three Oaks Library several WWI and WWII items. He also has several of his items included within The Region of Three Oaks Museum military display. The presentation will be at 2:00 pm in The Region of Three Oaks Museum allocated at 5 Featherbone Avenue in Three Oaks, where he is currently on the board of directors. There is no admission fee for this event, so come and learn about how our history affected our modern medicinal practices.
